Christian Belz
Christian Belz has been a practicing architect in Metro Detroit for over 30 years, and draws on his experience to create his novels. Christian was born in Berlin, and grew up in East Detroit. He received his architecture degree from Lawrence Technological University, and currently resides in Berkley, Michigan. When he’s not cooking, Christian enjoys ballroom dancing, particularly fox trot and swing. The last few years, he has been building a 16-foot sailboat in his garage. He’s named the boat Serendipity, and hopes to finish it soon.
Christian is the author of two novels featuring architect Ken Knoll, who solves the murder mysteries that seem to plague his projects: The Accused Architect and Civic Center Corpse. Christian wrote the opening chapter of Chasing the Codex. Find out more at KenKnollMystery.com
