After working in the medical field for forty-five years, Drema retired and moved to the Northwest to be near her children and grandchildren. She decided to fill her retirement years with as many new things as possible so she started writing humorous mysteries. Along with writing, she returned to school and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology. She then spent a term in Belize working on several Mayan sites in the small town of San Ignacio. Today she still lives in the Northwest, is enjoying life and all it has to offer and still writing.
